We all know that street food can be innovative, delicious and packed with flavor; these nachos are no exception.
Avocado Sauce:

Step 1
Thaw avocado pulp and guacamole according to package instructions.
Step 2
For avocado sauce; combine avocado pulp, mayonnaise, lime, habanero, cilantro, sugar and salt in a food processor and purée until smooth. Transfer to a squeeze bottle and store chilled for service.
Step 3
Prepare corn and jalapeño blend according to package instructions.
Step 4
For each serving; prepare 5 oz. of chips according to the package instructions and place on warm serving dish. Top with a drizzle of 1 1/2 oz. avocado sauce, and 2 1/2 oz. corn and jalapeño blend. Sprinkle with 1/2 oz. of cheese and serve with 2 oz. guacamole on the side.
